Inhaltsu È bersicht. [Ru 2 (CO) 4 (l-H)(l-P t Bu 2 )(l-dppm)] (1) reagiert in Benzol mit elementarem Schwefel zum Additionsprodukt [Ru 2 (CO)

). 2 wird auch durch Reaktion von 1 mit Ethylensulfid erhalten. Die Reaktion von 1 mit Schwefelkohlenstoff verla È uft unter Einschub des CS 2 in die Ru 2 (l-H)-Bru È cke, indem der Dithioformiatokomplex [Ru 2 (CO) 4 (l-S 2 CH)(l-P t Bu 2 ), und Reaktion von 1 mit CCl 4 bzw. CHCl 3 liefert spontan in nahezu quantitativer Ausbeute [Ru 2 (CO) 4 (l-Cl)-(l-P t Bu 2 )(l-dppm)] (5). Die Moleku È lstrukturen von 2, 3 und 5 wurden durch Kristallstrukturanalysen besta È tigt.

Coordinatively Unsaturated Diruthenium Complexes: Synthesis and X-Ray Crystal Structures of [Ru 2 (CO) ) reacts in benzene with elemental sulfur to the addition product [Ru 2 (CO) 4 (l-H)(l-S)(l-P t Bu 2 )(l-dppm)]

(2) (dppm = Ph 2 PCH 2 PPh 2 ). 2 is also obtained by reaction of 1 with ethylene sulfide. The reaction of 1 with carbon disulfide yields with insertion of the CS 2 into the Ru 2 (l-H) bridge the dithioformato complex [Ru 2 (CO) 4 (l-S 2 CH)(l-P t Bu 2 )-(l-dppm)] (3). Furthermore, 1 reacts with [NO][BF 4 ] to the complex salt [Ru 2 (CO) 4 (l-NO)(l-H)(l-P t Bu 2 )(l-dppm)]-[BF 4 ] (4), and reaction of 1 with CCl 4 or CHCl 3 affords spontaneously [Ru 2 (CO) 4 (l-Cl)(l-P t Bu 2 )(l-dppm)] (5) in nearly quantitative yield. The molecular structures of 2, 3 and 5 were confirmed by crystal structure analyses.
