## Abstract Optical rotation measurements on 5% gelatin solutions containing 0, 2, and 5% formaldehyde (w/w gelatin) are carried out at a series of temperatures between 20Β°C and 50Β°C. The solutions without formaldehyde show a diminished growth in rotation with rising temperatures, but even at 50Β°C
