Abstract
Chemical polarisation of ^31^P nuclei was discovered and quantitatively measured in the peroxideβphosphite system. The qualitative interpretation of the net polarisation of ^31^P nuclei and of its sign in the products of the radical reactions in the presence of phosphites is given within the frame of the radical pair model.

The second fact is not in accor
## Abstract The polarisation of phosphorus nuclei (^31^P CIDNP) during the free radical reactions of triakyl and triaryl phosphites proceeding via intermediate phosphoranyl radicals is discussed.
Chemical-shift-tensor parameters retrieved from solid-effectively asymmetric s tensors have been reported, although with differing values of s ii . This undoubtedly reflects state NMR spectral data convey both structural and molecular implications, and efforts are continually devoted to the the diff
