An analysis of the hydrodynamics of aqueous flow in the posterior chamber of the anterior segment of the eye is presented. The viscid, incompressible description of fluid dynamics in a spherical geometry is utilized to reduce the problem to a biharmonic-type equation using a "Stokes Stream Function"
