## Abstract Two new guaiadiene derivatives, the ether 9Ξ±, 11‐epoxy‐1Ξ²__H__,5Ξ±__H__,7Ξ²__H__‐guaia‐3,10(14)‐diene (4) and the corresponding alcohol 1Ξ²H,5Ξ±H,7Ξ²H‐guaia‐3,10(14)‐dien‐11‐ol (8) were isolated from the essential oil from the heartwood of __Thuja occidentalis__ L. Their structures were eluc
