High level of T-cell infiltration in colorectal carcinomas (CRCs) is a good prognostic indicator, but the tumor reactivity of this infiltrate (tumor infiltrating lymphocytes [TIL]) is poorly documented. This study examined the presence, phenotype and functional features of tumor-reactive lymphocytes
