## Abstract A new polyethylene glycol‐supported chiral monosulfonamide was synthesized from (__R__,__R__)‐1,2‐diaminocyclohexane and shown to act as a ligand for ruthenium(II)‐catalyzed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of aromatic ketones in neat water using sodium formate as the hydrogen source.
