โœฆ Synopsis


IR multiphoton absorption (IRMPA) in neat SizF6 was measured. The average number of photons absorbed per molecule and the absorption cross-sections are reported as a function of fluence for the 10R(12), 10R( 22) and 10R(34) CO2 laser lines. IRMPA spectra, given in the range from 10R(10) to 10R(38) for three different laser fluences, are discussed and compared with the multiphoton dissociation data.
