Ultra-thin, uniform, pinhole-free solid polymer electrolyte films of approximately I,= thickness were prepared by the complexation of plasma polymerized dimethyl-2-[(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethoxy} vinylsilane (DEVS) and thermally vapor-deposited lithium iodide . The results of FT-ir and EPMA measurements in
