## Abstract We investigate the electronic interface properties of an organic bilayer heterojunction solar cell, built of CuPc/BPE‐PTCDI as donor/acceptor system. Band alignment of this interface and interface potentials were measured using synchrotron induced photoemission spectroscopy (SXPS) on st
