โฆ Synopsis
The zero-field splitting of the non-phosphorescent lowest tiplet state of free base por;lhh is mea_quEd by ob_ serving microwave induced &axes in the fluorescence of this molecule as agliest in a Shpolskii-matrix ofn-ocae at 4.2%.
The doublet character of the fluorescence spectrum of the system also manifests itself in the microwave Spectruik
It is proved that this doublet structure is caused by two physi&Iy distinct free base paqhin molecules in the host lattice.
