โฆ Synopsis
CoFe/TiZr is one of the materials for producing polarizers and analyzers with excellent properties of neutron spin polarization. It is necessary to know the relations among the interface structures, reflectivity and producing technology. Specular reflection of polarized neutrons was employed to study the influence of annealing temperatures on reflectivities, polarizing efficiencies and depth profiles of CoFe/TiZr multilayer. The experimental results indicate that the best annealing temperature is about 250 1C.
