✦ Synopsis
The barrier Iayer was investigated on aluminium by measuring impedance of the system ahuniniumjbarrier-layer/electrolyte-solution. The bridge method was used in the frequency range from 50 c/s to 50 kc/s. The results indicate the complexity of the barrier layer as dielectric. The analysis of the complex dielectric constant indicates a well-expressed influence of relaxation phenomena. is suggested.
