Abstract

Die direkte Umwandlung einer terminalen Alkinfunktion in einen β‐Methoxyacrylat‐Rest gelingt mithilfe eines Bisoxazolin(box)‐Liganden. Acetyl‐ und Ketal‐Schutzgruppen werden unter den Reaktionsbedingungen ebenso wenig angegriffen wie freie Hydroxygruppen und säureempfindliche glycosidische Bindungen. (±)‐Dihydrokawain wurde aus dem Homopropargylalkohol in einem Eintopfverfahren synthetisiert. tfa=Trifluoracetat.magnified image

## Abstract We report herein the synthesis of novel chiral S,N‐heterobidentate thiourea‐oxazoline ligands and their application to palladium‐catalyzed enantioselective bis(methoxycarbonylation)s of terminal olefins under mild conditions. Copper salts were found to play multiple roles in this reacti
