Verdoppelter Einsatz: Die Titelreaktion überführt eine Reihe aromatischer Aldehyde in 26–85 % Ausbeute mithilfe von Allenylmethyl‐/Allylsilanen in 1,6‐Dioxecan‐Derivate (siehe Schema; Ar=Aryl, Tf=Triflat, THF=Tetrahydrofuran, TMS=Trimethylsilyl).
