We investigated the possible involvement of parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP) in 2 cases of metastatic pancreatic neuro-endocrine tumors associated with severe hypercalcemia. Both patients displayed biochemical alterations in renal tubular reabsorption of calcium and phosphate, as well as
