CO hydrogenation on l%Ru/SiO in-situ infrared spectroscopy a e and 5%Fe/Si02 has been studied by 6 bar total pressure, s/CO = 2 and reaction temperatures ranging from 498 K to 573 K. On Ru/Si02, a band at 2034 cm-' was assigned to linearly adsorbed CO. The intensity of the band corresponding to line
