## Abstract The objective of the study presented in this article is to contribute to the development of theory on continuous innovation, i.e. the combination of operationally effective exploitation and strategically flexible exploration. A longitudinal case study is presented of the interaction bet

โฆ Synopsis
The benzyl radical was formed by the photolysis and r-irradiation of organic rigid matrices (hydrocarbons, 2methyltetrahydrofuran and ethanol) containing benzyl chloride, and its electronic spectra were examined by a fluorescence spectrometer.
It is shown that the spectra are modified by a chloride anion situated close to a benzyl radical. when it was formed through dissociative electron attachment to benzyl chloride in the non-polar matrix.
