The pharmacokinetics of zinc sulfate were compared with those of a new zinc salt, pantothenate, in rabbits. Each salt was administered at a dosage of 3.3 pCi of zinc-65/kg of bcdy weight. The measured pharmacokinetics of the two compounds responded to a two-compartment open model. The urinary elimin
