Die Immobilisierung eines Monophosphans auf einer festen Oberfläche kann einen großen Einfluss auf die katalytische Aktivität seiner Metallkomplexe haben. In ihrer Zuschrift auf S. 8513 ff. beschreiben M. Sawamura et al. ein auf Kieselgel fixiertes kompaktes Monophosphan, das in der Pd-katalysierten Borylierung von sterisch und elektronisch anspruchsvollen Arylchloriden eingesetzt wurde.
