Epidermal growth factor stimulates phosphatidylinositol turnover in human foreskin fibroblasts. This is a primary cell culture with normal numbers of epidermal growth factor receptors that is stimulated to divide by epidermal growth factor. Increases are seen in the inositol phospholipids and inosit
