โœฆ Synopsis

tourists, tourists and local people, or tourists and tour guides. The book sends a powerful message to the reader, and should be found on every bookshelf of researchers who investigate sex and tourism. Similarly, students in tourism programmes will find this book easy to read and understand, and yet intriguing and with enough depth. It is a valuable book that complements the existing literature on sex tourism. The price of the volume is another plus that makes it student friendly in the paperback version. The only downside is probably a missing concluding chapter by the editors, which could have summarised the volume, as well as offered an outlook into the future. Although the last chapter contemplates future issues, it is not all encompassing and broad enough to act as a concluding chapter.
