✦ Synopsis
Flocculated and non-flocculated coal samples have been tested in a specially designed drier that can be operated under a relatively wide range of experimental conditions. Results obtained with a highly efficient reagent used in sedimentation tests of coal suggest a significant influence of additives on drying equilibrium and kinetics.
