## Abstract Extracts were prepared from transplanted adenovirus‐12 tumours of both hamsters and CBA mice by freezing and thawing and centrifugation at 100,000 x g/1 h. Extracts from CBA mice were also filtered through Millipore filters. These extracts were found to induce immunity to tumour cell ch
