✦ Synopsis
Photoinduced screening of the piezoelectric field in 111 CdTe/CdMnTe quantum wells is studied by time-resolved photoluminescence in a single quantum well and by time-resolved transmission in a multiple quantum well. Both sets of data are well explained by a model involving in-well screening of the field.
