โœฆ Synopsis

Abstract

Proton dynamical polarization is a method which unites the advantages of continuous wave ESR sensitivity and pulsed NMR imaging in order to localize free radicals. Injected nitroxide has been imaged for the first time in living rats. The high sensitivity of this method to oxygen is demonstrated. ยฉ 1990 Academic Press, Inc.

However, their development has thus far been limited by their rapid bioreduction __in vivo__. Recently, it was reported that polynitro

## Abstract We have synthesized the fluorineโ€18 labeled derivative of __N__โ€__tert__โ€butylโ€ฮฑโ€phenylnitrone (PBN), a free radical spin trapping agent widely used with electron spin resonance (ESR). __N__โ€__tert__โ€Butylโ€ฮฑโ€(4โ€[^18^F]fluorophenyl)โ€nitrone ([^18^F]FPBN) could be prepared with low radioc
