โฆ Synopsis
Recently, we reported a new method combining freeze fixation followed by lyophilization and embedding in Lowicryl K4M (6).
In the present brief report we compare the immunoreactivity of this preparation to chemically fixed and solvent dehydrated tissue traditionally used for electron microscopy (EM) immunocytochemistry. The primary antibody we used is a well characterized antibody to smooth muscle myosin (1'2).
