✦ Synopsis
Eupergit C1Z, a nonporous sedimentable acrylic polymer is shown to be a convenient solid support for isolation of antigens with high purity from small amounts of detergent-solubilized cells. Several applications of Eupergit C1Z coupled with antibodies and anti-antibodies are described, and compared with two other methods of immunoprecipitation.
