## Abstract Adult intact and hypophysectomized (PDX) frogs, __Rana esculenta__, were treated with a gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRHA, HOE 766) and/or cyproterone acetate (CPA), the antiandrogen, in order to investigate the regulation of primary spermatogonial (I SPG) multiplication in
