Acrosin was localized on the acrosomal membranes of boar sperm by immunofluorescence and immunoelectron microscopy. Indirect labeling of sperm head sections was performed with an Imposil (iron-dextran) antibody conjugate. The results of electron microscopy indicated a preferential deposition of the
