## Abstract Dlg (Discs Large) is a multidomain protein that interacts with glutamate receptors and potassium channels at __Drosophila__ neuromuscular junctions (NMJs) and at mammalian central nervous system synapses. Dlg also localizes postsynaptically at cholinergic mammalian NMJs. We show here th
