โฆ Synopsis
The AflatestR immunoaffinity method has been successfully used to measure total aflatoxins in experimental situations. A high level of correlation was achieved between the immunoaffinity separation and fluorimetric quantification of total aflatoxins and traditional solvent extraction and quantification by HPLC methods.
