We read with interest the article on ifosfamide-induced hyperpigmentation by Teresi et al.' In our experience, this is a widespread, if underreported phenomenon. In Newcastle, United Kingdom, children with nonmetastatic soft tissue sarcomas are initially treated with five courses of ifosfamide (IF)
