Metastatic melanoma still has a very poor prognosis since it withstands conventional therapies like surgery or chemotherapy. A paraneoplastic autoimmune manifestation of this disease is melanoma-associated retinopathy (MAR). MAR has been associated with prolonged survival and may be an early marker
