The human urinary metabolism of two pyrazolone derivatives, morazone and famprofazone, has been investigated. After administration of morazone, the metabolites p-hydroxymorazone and phenazone-4-carboxylic acid were excreted in addition to the known metabolite, phenmetrazine, and unchanged morazone.
