The human epithelial antigen recognized by monoclonal antibody (MAb) AUAl has been characterized as a cell-surface glycoprotein. It has been isolated from human colonic mucosa by AUAl affinity separation. N-terminal peptide sequence of this purified material has revealed a I7 amino acid sequence whi
