## Abstract We report the cytogenetic study of 9 colorectal tumors arising in patients with hereditary non‐polyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC). According to the cytogenetic classification of colorectal tumors previously proposed by us, 2 cases were of the trisomic type, 2 were of the monosomic type
