Materials and methods ### 2.1 Immunological reagents and buffers Anti-C1 q was supplied by Dako (Copenhagen, Denmark). All other antibodies and conjugates were made in our laboratory. Isotonic Verona1 buffer of pH 7.3 was prepared with 1 mM MgCI2 and 1 mM CaCI2.
