The hole mobility in polycarbonate doped with 17% of a triphenylaminobenzene derivative decreases as the electric field increases above 1 X 10" V/cm. It was possible to fit the mobility data to the expression derived by Marcus, relating the free energy of hole transfer to the free activation energy
