โฆ Synopsis
The cobalt(I)-catalyzed highly stereoselective [2+2+2] cyclization has been realized for the first time with chiral phosphine oxides substituted linear enediynes. Depending the substituents on the phosphorus atom, the cycloaddition was achieved with a level of diastereoseleetivity of 74%.
