β¦ Synopsis
A method for the determination of denatonium benzoate [benzykliethyl(2,6xylyfcarbamoyimethyl)ammotium benzoate] in rapeseed oil bas been developed which utilizes a simple extraction and concentration technique followed by reversedphase high-performance liquid chromatography-The column eluent was monitored at 210 EM and peak area data was generated by a computing integrator. Detection was possible below 5 ng and calibration cmxs were linear to 100 ng or more.
