ystals of the N-type superconducting Nd2\_~CexCuO4\_~. system have been grown by a self-flux technique. In this method, excess Ce is required to obtain single crystals with optimal superconducting properties. Crystals grown by this technique show superconducting transition temperatures with onsets o
