## Abstract In this paper, a millimeterโ€wave ร—4 subharmonic mixer has been designed and fabricated. The cascode 4^th^โ€harmonic generator is proposed for high conversion gain. The measurement of an LO power of 13 dBm shows a conversion gain of 3.4 dB, which is one of the best conversion gains at 60.

## Abstract This article presents a new dualโ€fed dualโ€polarized antenna for millimeterโ€wave applications.Measurements show that both a wide impedance bandwidth and a relatively high gain are achieved with a simple hybrid configuration. In addition, the measured isolation between the two ports is be

## Abstract This article presents two types of switches which are fabricated in 0.13โ€ฮผm standard CMOS process characterized up to 50 GHz. The first is the conventional series NMOS switch with an optimum gate width which is adjusted by measuring various sized devices. The second is a new active type
