## Abstract In this paper, a millimeterโwave ร4 subharmonic mixer has been designed and fabricated. The cascode 4^th^โharmonic generator is proposed for high conversion gain. The measurement of an LO power of 13 dBm shows a conversion gain of 3.4 dB, which is one of the best conversion gains at 60.
