## Abstract Indomethacin inhibits bone formation when treatment is initiated before the implantation of demineralized bone matrix (DBM). For the inhibition of bone induction to occur, indomethacin treatment had to be initiated 6 h or more before implantation of DBM. Initiating the drug treatment at
