Abstract

Das aus 2‐Cyan‐N‐(cyanmethyl)acetamid (3) und dimerem Mercaptoacetaldehyd erhältliche Aminothiophen 4 cyclisiert zum 2‐Aminothieno‐1,4‐diazepin‐5‐on 5. Hieraus erhält man direkt das Thienotriazolodiazepinon 6 und weiter das Thienobis(triazolo)diazepinon 11. — Der Diazepinring von 6 kann selektiv gespalten werden. Aus dem Spaltprodukt 12 wird über mehrere Stufen das Thienylimidazotriazol 15 erhalten, nicht aber die ursprünglich angestrebten Phenylthienotri‐azolodiazepine 1.
