Abstract

The seroprevalence of hepatitis A antibodies in travellers attending London Travel Clinics increases with age and screening may eliminate the need for vaccination at present for approximately 40% of adults. The duration of protection by current hepatitis A vaccine(s) is still to be established. © 1994 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
