The high-order harmonics generation in bulk InN, subjected to a high-frequency alternating electric field of strong-amplitude is investigated theoretically using Monte Carlo simulations of carrier interacting with a multi-mode electric field. This approach allows on the one hand to account in a natu

3. CONCLUSION
The dispersion equation for the inset dielectric guide with a conductor cover is obtained with the use of the Fourier-transform and mode-matching techniques. The dispersion equation is represented in rapidly-converging series form, which is efficient for numerical evaluation. The dominant-mode approximate solution is shown to be accurate for lower even modes.

The characteristics of spatio-temporal periodic oscillations occurring in CNNs composed by a ΓΏnite number of cells are investigated through a harmonic balance technique. It is shown that for an N -cell CNN described by the template [a-1; a0; a1], this technique leads to a set of 2N non-linear equati
