It is suggested that where the barium meal shows the signs outlined above, a biopsy is taken from the ulcer and lymphnodes for a frozen or paraffin section before definitive treatment is undertaken. SUMMARY A case of pseudolymphoma of the stomach is reported and the radiological and histological criteria for diagnosis are summarized. T h e possible dangers of misdiagnosis are stressed.
