We have investigated the puzzling normal-state transport properties of epitaxial YBa2Cu3OT-6 thin films. The Hall coefficient RH (B, T, 6) and the resistance p~z (B, T, 6) were measured for an oxygen deficiency 6 from 0.05 to 0.5. The temperature dependence of the cotangent of the Hall angle cot OH
