✦ Synopsis
We have investigated the puzzling normal-state transport properties of epitaxial YBa2Cu3OT-6 thin films. The Hall coefficient RH (B, T, 6) and the resistance p~z (B, T, 6) were measured for an oxygen deficiency 6 from 0.05 to 0.5. The temperature dependence of the cotangent of the Hall angle cot OH = Px~ (T)/(RH(T) B,) fits the relation cot 8 = a T 2 + C. The value of a at B = 1Tesla for the film with the highest critical temperature T¢ is a = 40 x 10-aK -2. This is in good agreement with reported data.

Due to superstructural ordering of oxygen vacancies at the Cu-O chain sites in YBa2CuaOr\_6, O1 and 0II phases are formed corresponding to the T¢ around 90 K and 60 K. The magnetic field and temperature dependence of the Josephson supercurrent are measured in different temperature ranges in order to study the tunneling effect in YBa2fu307\_ 8 samples. Causes for tunneling will be discussed.
